Here is a sample of PLC’s work both as summary case studies or copies of reports written for our clients.
Runnymede Borough Council
We have carried out around 50 strategy assignments for local authorities covering playing pitches, built sports facilities, open spaces and physical activity. These form part of the evidence base to allow local councils to ensure there is a good supply of faciltiies to cover current and future needs. They also have a key role in supporting funding bids and providing the basis for negotiations with developers. An example of our recent work for Runnymede in Surrey can be found here on their website.

Research into Improving Participation by Black and Minority Ethnic Communities.
In 2004 Ploszajski Lynch Consulting carried out a major piece of research into sports participation by members of the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in the East of England. Jim Lynch wrote the final report which forms the guiding agenda of the BME Sports Network East who are currently implementing our recommendations. This report is now quoted in a range of publications and academic papers including this one from Leeds Beckett University.
