PLC was established by Jim Lynch and Tony Ploszajski in April 2001, to combine the expertise of two of the longest-serving and most respected sport, leisure and cultural consultants. The company has built a strong track record over the past two decades, for a client base that spans the public, commercial and third sectors, providing high quality, value for money solutions to a wide range of commissions.
The two principals, the men with their names over the door, have more than 60 years of specialist leisure industry experience between them. They are two of the most respected consultants in the field.
Tony’s major achievements include:
A wealth of monitoring an evaluation experience, including major commissions for Sport England (Lottery capital projects and national facility strategies), the Football Association (mini-soccer), the Sports Council for Wales (coach education) and the Lawn Tennis Association (the Indoor Tennis Initiative and Community Tennis Partnerships).
Feasibility studies for sports and leisure facility developments at all scales from the Sport England Institute, through to dual use provision on education sites.
Strategic plans of various types and at all levels, including many Playing Ptich Strategies, Built Sports Facility Strategies, facility strategies and funding strategies.
Operational plans and reviews for a wide range of clients, including the University of Exeter, the National Ice Skating Association and the Lawn Tennis Association.
A successful track record with more than sixty Lottery funding applications, involving a total of £45 million grant awards. He also provides a Lottery Advisory Service to the Countryside Agency and its clients.

Lottery awards totalling some £20 million, including £6.2 million for The Quays Swimming Centre in Southampton, at that time the largest sports award.
Advising several local authorities including Lambeth and Brent on investment-led contracts which levered in investment of over £6 million.
